It includes two packs of high-quality nylon ice packs to keep your medication cool for 6 8 hours after freezing for 6 hours. Simply place the two ice packs in the freezer for six to eight hours before using the insulin cartridge outdoors. Then place your insulin pen, vial, insulin needle and alcohol pad in the designated compartments of the bag.
